I figured I should post something here. 2nd anniversary passed, we're doing fine. I'm going to try and figure out what to do with myself, as it seems that I am absolutely uninterested in doing art. Going to make an appointment to talk about my depression in hopes I can find a good way to manage it. I've been trying to exercise, it helps some.|
I hope you find some answers, Tiggygirl. I do miss you, and you are in my thoughts.
Try St. John's Wart.
Worked wonders for me in the past. *hugs*
I can't if I want to be responsible, there's a chance it would deem my birth control ineffective :\
*hugs* I'm still looking though.
She lives! Haven't seen you post in ages and never heard back from you on Werelist, I hope things are doing well for you. Living away from everyone you have known can be tough, hang in there!
Hugs. Hope things get better for you.
*Headbutts and nuzzles*...drawing used to make you feel so happy and useful--I know you can recapture that fire again; give it time. It would be one of the best things for you now.
Other than that, I'm glad your love remains strong, and I eagerly anticipate the day we get to hang out again. Scott and I are about to visit Oklahoma, and it won't be quite the same without you...*squeezes tight*
Good to hear things are "OK"
I have been a it worried about your silence.
Best of luck with you depression.
And while I miss your art, I would hate to have you try so hard to get it back you burn it out completely.
Peace & Light, luv.
A very happy anniversary to two wonderful people. :)
Happy Anniversary to the two of you!
regarding anti-depressants, should you choose to go that route...
REFUSE PAXIL - It is known as the/one of te hardest medications to come off of and suicide is common in people who try to go cold turkey. (I had a hell of a time...my pharmacy was stupid and wouldn't fill ANY of my prescriptions because I wanted to cancel one thing that I hadn't been taking, because they didn't hear from my doctor, apparently) also known for sexual side effects... not fun at all
wellbutrin is known as a very easy drug as there are often very few side effects if any. this is what I'm know on and I find that it works good.
i've tried citalopram, celexa and a couple others but none of those worked for me without making me very tired.
sertraline(?)/zoloft... my hubby's on it. it seems to work okay, but you need to be sure to eat with them. if they get stuck in your throat and dissolve you will be in a lot of pain from the terribleness of them
hope inspiration comes your way
Just sending a note to tell you someone is thinking of you and cares what is going on. I have some art you did for me a long time ago above my best and sit and wonder almost every day how you are doing...I know you are going through some tough shit...and just hope you're alright.
